Our team, based at 575 Oak Ridge Turnpike, Suite 203, Oak Ridge, TN 37830, serves families throughout Clinton, Harriman, Kingston, Knoxville, Lenoir City, Oak Ridge, and Oliver Springs with skilled nursing, personal home care, and specialty support for Workers' Compensation and EEOICPA (White Card) beneficiaries.
Behind every patient is a coordinated group of registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, and certified home health aides who bring genuine clinical skill and steady, familiar faces to each visit. Our clinical team includes:
- Registered Nurses (RNs) managing skilled nursing care, wound care, and medication management
- Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) supporting chronic disease and post-surgical home care
- Certified Home Health Aides delivering personal care assistance and companion care

She leads the agency with clinical expertise and a personal investment in every case.
