How the Family Caregiver Support Program Works
Enrolling a loved one and joining as a paid caregiver follows a clear, guided path. Our team walks alongside you at every step so nothing feels confusing or overwhelming.

Step One: Connect and Review Eligibility

Step Two: Training and Onboarding
Once eligibility is confirmed, the family caregiver completes required training covering safe personal care techniques, documentation, and communication with our clinical staff. Onboarding formally establishes you as a Harmony Wellness employee.
Step Three: Begin Compensated, Supported Care
You start providing companion care, personal care assistance, meal preparation, light housekeeping, or other approved services for your loved one, all while earning pay and staying connected to Harmony's nursing team for guidance whenever questions come up.
